Great company. Service was prompt efficient and just as the estimate, no hidden extras. Solar installation is very neat, well planned and exactly as I wanted it with Braden taking in the technical complications of my request. Turned up when the said, finished when the said, left no waste behind even followed up with a "how's it going call". Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Braden was excellent. He explained everything clearly from the start so we knew exactly what our options were. Installation was clean, efficient and delivered as promised. 2 weeks on and we haven't used any grid electricity yet since the system was installed.

I dont usually do reviews but i felt this company needed one with the amazing experience I had with them. I recently used Norfolk Renewable Installations for solar panel's and batteries to be installed. I shopped around and got alot of quotes from other companies. Braden's quote came back the most competitive price, but also he listened to every question I had even if I asked 10 times, never tried to over sell me anything i didn't need. He never once tried to sell me the system with a "sales man" act he came out was honest told me what I needed in easy to understand terms, was punctual, polite and clear with what needed to be done. He sent me a quote and left it open to ask whatever I needed. The install went easy and smoothly, everything was done exactly how he said it would be, he kept me updated along the way. Once installed he explained what had been done and went through how it all worked and kept in touch for any questions again. The panels look amazing and even all the wiring is neat and tidy inside and out. Other workmen have commented on how tidy, precise and neat the solar panels, wiring and the system is in the garage compared to others they have seen! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! After being highly recommended I decided to contact Braden to discuss the options of installing an EV charger or potentially solar panels on my garage roof. Braden arranged for a site visit to discuss the options and produced quotes quickly.
We decided to go with just the car charger option and we had various options as to where to run the cable from the meter board to inside the garage where the charger was to be installed.
We decided on a route for the cable and I prepped the site before Braden arrived (I didn't have to as Braden would have done it but I enjoy that type of work).
He arrived exactly when he said he would and the installation was a fast and seamless process. All cables clipped neatly along the outside wall and inside the garage. Braden also took the trouble to explain how the App for the charger works and how to use it.
I found Braden to be extremely polite and engaging and delivered a high quality professional service. Top marks Braden and many thanks.

Braden and his team have recently installed an in roof solar PV array and a solar diverter for me. Braden was able liaise with another company who were needed to remove an existing solar thermal installation before the install could take place.
I had some idea of what I wanted before contacting Braden and he was excellent at providing advice which was unbiased to a particular vendor or solution and was happy to work with me to come up with a solution he could install and support using products I was happy with.
The communication and quality of workmanship is unmatched. The installation looks absolutely excellent and great care was taken to undertake as neatly as possible and all work areas were left extremely clean.

Braden has recently carried out PV, battery and car changing point installations at out offices along with adding batteries to our home installation, throughout the works he has kept us informed of the processes and each step of the installations, setting up the monitoring apps on our phone and carrying out the final connections out of hours to avoid us having to shut the office during our normal working hours.

Norfolk Renewables was recommended to me by a highly regarded electrician. For me, they set up a battery system to a pre-existing solar panel set-up. I had been waiting for the battery technology to establish and am very happy with the one I chose, after doing my own research on their recommended configuration. The app allows close monitoring and has shown where we are immediately saving. The team and especially Braden have been extremely helpful. I would feel happy to recommend.
